Install using developer mode
For Orsay TVs, non-Tizen TVs (E/ES/F/S/H/HU/J4/J5 – 2012~2015 years of production) :
- Activate developer mode.
- Use Sync server IP address 152.228.218.238
- Start App Sync / User Application Synchronisation / Start User app sync
- Once the app has been downloaded it will appear on the SmartHub screen.
Install SmartOne IPTV from a USB
For Orsay Tvs, non-Tizen TVs (E/ES/F/S/H/HU/J4/J5 – 2012~2015 years of production) :
- Download the archive: smartone_orsay.zip
- Unzip the content to the root folder of the USB stick.
- Insert your USB stick into one of the USB ports on your TV.
- Wait until the tv shows The SmartOne IPTV application on a Samsung Apps screen among other apps.
How to Activate SmartOne on Samsung Smart TV?
- Once the SmartOne IPTV application has been installed, go to APPS HOME, then scroll and find SmartOne IPTV then lunch the App.
- Make a note of the Mac address displayed on the screen.
- Open Google Chrome Browser or any browser on your Smartphone or PC.
- Navigate to the search panel and type https://smartone-iptv.com/plugin/smart_one/main_activate.
- On the SmartOne IPTV Activation page, Fill in the Mac address, set your desired subscription, and check off the box listed below the subscription.

Samsung Remote Control commands
Arrows – navigate in lists.
SELECT (OK), CH LIST – load channel list in play mode.
P+/P- – Navigate by 10 items in the channels list.
UP – Select audio/subtitle track in stream/video (if available).
AD/SUBT – Select audio/subtitle track in stream/video (if available).
INFO – show current program information.
RETURN – hide channel list and info bar; Go back.
EXIT – exit the application.
PLAY/PAUSE/STOP – play/pause/stop stream/video (exit video player).
PLAY_PAUSE – play/pause stream/video; show Groups in channel/vod/series list.
RED – return to the main menu from the channel/vod/series menu.
GREEN – reload channel stream.
YELLOW – add/remove the channel from favoris list.
BLUE – show Groups in channel/vod/series menu.
Change APP language
1 – Open SmartOne IPTV APP
2 – From Main Menu Goto Settings,
3 – Goto Setup
4 – Goto Languages and press OK.
5 – Select the language you want and then press OK.
Change APP Theme/Color
1 – Open SmartOne IPTV APP
2 – From Main Menu Goto Settings,
3 – Goto Setup
4 – Goto Color and press OK.
5 – Select the theme you want and then press OK.
Enable EPG Info in SmartOne IPTV App
If you want to enable the autoload of EPG info in the channel list :
1 – Open SmartOne IPTV APP
2 – From Main Menu Goto Settings,
3 – Goto Setup
4 – Goto Epg Info and press OK.
5 – Select Enable to activate and then press OK.
How To Reset APP
To rest the App
1 – Open SmartOne IPTV APP
2 – From Main Menu Goto Settings,
3 – Goto Setup
4 – Goto Reset App and press OK.
Resetting the app will delete all app data, including accounts, favorites, themes, and language.
Remove one account from the account list
Sometimes we need to delete only one account from our account list, to do so :
1 – Open SmartOne IPTV APP
2 – From Main Menu Goto Settings,
3 – Goto Accounts
4 – Select Account and press the RED button.
The account will be deleted from the app and from your online playlists.
Make account as default when the app is launched
If we have more than 1 account in the SmartOne IPTV app, it will load the first one in the list, if we want to set a custom account as a default account :
1 – Open SmartOne IPTV APP
2 – From Main Menu Goto Settings,
3 – Goto Accounts
4 – Select Account and press the BLUE button.
Now, when reloading or lunching the app, the default account loaded will be the selected account before.
Search function
Go to Live, series, or movies, navigate to the search icon, or press the yellow button.
